1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Habitome mobile application and website, provided by Tezaron (https://tezaron.com/) ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Habitome, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Application & Accounts

Habitome is a personal productivity tool for tracking habits, daily tasks, notes, mood journal entries, and countdowns. You may use the core app offline without creating an account, or optionally sign in to enable cloud backup and synchronization across devices.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and any on-device PIN or biometric lock you configure.
• You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its cloud backup services, or reverse-engineer the software.

3. User Content & Backups

You retain full ownership of all personal data, notes, journal entries, tasks, habits, and countdowns you create in Habitome.

• If you use the app only in local offline mode without enabling cloud backup or creating manual local backups, your data resides solely on your device. We cannot recover local-only data if your device is lost, damaged, reset, or if the app is uninstalled.
• If you enable a PIN lock for your private Mood Journal, please remember your PIN, as local locks are designed to protect your privacy.

4. Habitome Pro Subscriptions & Billing

Habitome offers optional premium features ("Habitome Pro") available through recurring subscriptions or one-time purchases processed via Google Play Billing:

• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play account and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing or Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in the Google Play Store app > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
• Refunds: All billing transactions are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Refund Policy, or you may contact us at support@tezaron.com for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property

The Habitome application, including its user interface design, source code, logos, icons, and graphics, is owned by Tezaron and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Habitome is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to make scheduled notifications, alarms, and widgets as reliable as possible, notification delivery timing can be affected by your device manufacturer's battery optimization settings or operating system restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tezaron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including missed reminders, missed deadlines, or loss of unbacked-up data) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Habitome.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or service updates. Continued use of Habitome after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
